Day 1:
We will depart from your hotel in either Pretoria/Johannesburg to begin this experience. The journey starts at Freedom Park, a memorial to honor those who sacrificed their lives to win freedom, you will learn about the gathering of different kings. Continue the experience by visiting one of the oldest squares in Pretoria, where the British and the Afrikaner held meetings during the Apartheid era.
We will then visit the Parliament which is the housing office of the South African President. The drive to the park is about 4 and a half hours with few stops with one at Dullstroom to have some lunch. Day1
Day one is the first exciting day of your four days tour. You will be picked up directly from the hotel around 9 am of an exciting morning. From here we then drive northeast of Johannesburg for about 2hours of a very scenic drive to our first stop at Ohgristad where we will have lunch while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. But this is just a taste of what’s to come. We continue to see some amazing landscapes such as Gods window, The three rondavels, Blyde river canyons and the Potholes with the Sani waterfalls. We will then head to the hotel to check and get ready for our night game drive on an open-air 4x4 vehicle! After the 4 hour safari, we will eat dinner and get some sleep for an early wake-up.
Day2:
This is a very early start! You wake up at around 3:45 to prepare to be picked up at 4:30 or a 5 am for a sunrise safari which takes about 4 hours - it’s early but 100% worth it!! We will then come back to the hotel for a quick rest before heading back to Johannesburg.

Day1:
Upon your arrival in Pretoria, you will be taken to the Voortrekker Monument to learn about the history of Afrikaner people of Southern Africa. We will then visit the Union Buildings, the official seat of the national government, and the office of the presidency, built at the highest point of South Africa's capital city, Pretoria. This is a famous South African heritage site and the impressive building is surrounded by beautiful terraced gardens that offer panoramic views over the city.
During the drive in the city of Pretoria you will go to Ditsong Museum where you will get an overview of South Africa’s natural and historical history, including its geology. Exhibits at the museum include hominid fossils from the Human of Cradle Kind World Heritage Site, skeletons, skins, including Mrs. Ples which is about 2.1 million years old. You will conclude the day by learning of the history of Paul Kruger at Paul Kruger house. Kruger House is the historical Pretoria residence of the Boer leader and President of the South African Republic, Paul Kruger.
Day 2:
Tour of Johannesburg
Direct pickup from your hotel. We will start the day with a tour at the Old Fort Prison and learn about the history of criminals in the rising mining town, the prison became the city’s first military fort after the Jameson Raid in 1896, when the British attempted to overthrow the Boer government.
We will then drive along the Nelson Mandela Bridge and proceed to the Apartheid Museum to learn about the story of the triumph of the human spirit over adversity, which was the Apartheid Era.
The exhibits are from film footages, photographs, text panels and artifacts illustrating the events and human stories that are part of the epic saga, known as apartheid.
We will then head to Soweto, and visit the Mandela house to learn about the 1976 uprising, which contributes a big part of the history of the youth of South Africa. We will then head to Vilakazi Street which produced two Nobel Peace Prize winners - Nelson Mandela and Archbishop Desmond Tutu!
The day ends with a visit to the iron made houses in the sprawling township of Soweto.
Day 3:
Kruger National Park!
This day starts early at 6:00 am.
Your driver guide will depart with you to Kruger National Park, with an introduction to the overview of the beauty of South Africa, mainly focusing on two provinces Gauteng and Mpumalanga.
We will then take a short rest, before you head toward the undiscovered jewel of South Africa, Belfast! Belfast offers great sightseeing possibilities in the form of monuments as well as the natural beauty that can be seen anywhere in the town.
We will then drive about 2 hours to a small town called Hazyview which is the gateway to the Kruger National Park experience. Once there you will then check in to your Lodge, grab a little lunch then head to Kruger National Park!
Once you are checked in to your Lodge, we will grab a small lunch then you head out for a game drive to greet the Kings and Queens of the wild. We will take in the sights and sounds of the African bushveld! Enjoy an authentic safari experience, track the ‘Big 5’; and spot Africa’s rarest birds.
Your tour guide will use their experience to seek out the wildlife of South Africa such as lions, zebras, black and white buffalo and leopards!
We will then conclude the day with supper before resting to some beautiful melodies birds chirping.
Day 4:
Prepare for a full day with a 4 x 4 open-air Safari Game Drive! After a full day in the park, you will have an option of going for a night drive with the Kruger National Park Rangers.
Day 5:
Another day at the park!
We enter the Safari on a closed vehicle, drive for about 5 hours! We will then have lunch at the hotel before checking out and heading back to Johannesburg.
